What does “first-time home buyer friendly” mean?
We at Capstone Property were first time buyer’s once and we remember the questions, (the anxiety), and the leap of faith often required regarding many aspects of the process. To help, we have greatly simplified the process below and how we fit into it:
Step 1. Find a realtor you like! Not the listing agent–not that they are un-likeable, but they have no relationship with you and don’t know your needs as well as someone that you pick and interview.
Step 2. Find the house of your dreams (it won’t be perfect so let’s get over that hurdle right now). Even new houses have issues–it’s about finding one that has issues you can comfortably deal with.
Step 3. This is where we come in. Get a home inspector that’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very patient with all the questions you are inevitably asking, and answering those questions you didn’t even think of asking!
That’s first time buyer friendly right there–responding to your needs, whatever the case might be and helping you through a very stressful time. And remember, we support you as long as you own the home.
